We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@nuvantor.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item. Return shipping labels may be provided depending on the reason for the return.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at service@nuvantor.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at service@nuvantor.com.
